Marketing Intern - 6 Month Contract

As our Marketing Intern, your role will involve not just executing, but actively contributing to our marketing strategies. From influencer engagement to supporting marketing activations, you'll get a 360-degree view of what it's like to be part of a dynamic marketing team. Key Responsibilities:

1. Influencer Engagement and Management:

  • Identify and source potential influencers in line with our brand values.
  • Pack and organise product shipments to influencers.
  • Follow-up with influencers post product receipt to ensure brand collaboration and representation.
  • Track influencer performance and provide periodic reports on engagement and effectiveness.

2. Administrative Support:

  • Assist with inventory management and ensure products are well-stocked and organised.
  • Offer backend support for online campaigns and promotions.
  • Coordinate and assist with in-store marketing activations and product launches.
  • Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned by the management team.

3. Marketing Support:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement innovative marketing strategies.
  • Assist in content creation for social media, newsletters, and other promotional materials.
  • Support the management and execution of events, workshops, and webinars.

4. Feedback & Reporting:

  • Document daily tasks and activities for reporting and progress tracking.
  • Suggest potential improvements in administrative and marketing processes based on hands-on experience.

Desired Qualifications and Skills:

  • Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate from a Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with Canva and Adobe a bonus.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and influencer engagement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and a keen interest in personal development and positive psychology.
  • Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage but is not mandatory.
