What Is a Gratitude Journal

A gratitude journal is, quite simply, your space to keep track of all of the good things in life. You can pick it up at any time and add to it or flick back through its pages whenever you need an instant pick-me-up.

Using a gratitude journal makes being grateful a quick, effective, and joyful process. It is a dedicated space where you can document all the things you have to be thankful for in your life, from your job and your home to the clothes in your wardrobe and the beautiful sunrise you saw this morning.
