The Head Plan Method
Following a period of burnout and a catastrophic moment in her personal life, Co-Founder of The Head Plan, Denise Kenny Byrne, devised The Head Plan Method. Denise had solely focused on the attainment of her professional goals as she focused on climbing the career ladder in the PR & Comms world. She had specific career goals in mind, with dream roles and businesses she wanted to work for mapped out on her vision board as she actively worked towards these goals every day, but meanwhile everything else was burning around her. She found herself in the cycle we all know too well... work hard, burnout, go on holiday and repeat... She knew she needed to make a substantial change in her life and create balance in both her everyday life and her goals.
Denise knew that if she badly needed to make this change, so too would many others. This led to The Head Plan Method...

Is there a side hustle you can delve into? Do you have items at home you can sell?

In the recent hustle culture, people are placing greater emphasis on their job title and their salary. While this should not be your sole focus, on average you spend one third of your life working... make sure you are doing something you love!
Your career goals drive your professional growth and fulfilment. Actively working towards a specific career goal, whether it is a promotion in your current job, a role in a new company or launching own business venture, aligning your career goals with your personal beliefs and values can create a greater sense of purpose in your day to day life.
